Lightweight Compact Loader Bucket Teeth for Urban Construction Tasks with Wear-Resistant Tips (CE Approved)

BUCKET TEETH
Bucket teeth are the key tips or prongs used in heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders and backhoes. They can effectively penetrate and break hard materials such as soil, rocks and debris.
When working, the bucket teeth are mounted to the adapter through pins and then connected to the front edge of the bucket. As the bucket teeth wear, they can be replaced regularly to ensure efficiency, playing an important role in construction, mining and earthmoving applications.
TOOTH
The tooth body is the main part of the bucket tooth of the excavator, usually made of wear-resistant alloy steel. It has a sturdy structure that can withstand the impact and wear during the excavation process.
TOOTH TIP
The tip of the tooth's body is the working part of the bucket tooth, usually designed in a sharp shape for cutting and crushing the ground or materials. The tooth tip is hardened and quenched to increase its hardness and wear resistance
EXCAVATOR BUCKET TEETH
Excavator bucket teeth are metal parts installed on the excavator bucket, mainly used for digging, loading and cutting ground or stone. They are usually made of wear-resistant alloys, have high hardness and wear resistance, and can withstand greater impact and wear during excavation operations.
The design and type of excavator bucket teeth depend on the specific excavation operations and conditions. Some common types of excavator bucket teeth include standard teeth, short teeth, long teeth, hook teeth, etc. They can be replaced or adjusted as needed to suit different excavation needs. At the same time, regular maintenance and replacement of excavator bucket teeth are important steps to maintain the performance and efficiency of the excavator.

CHARACTERISTICS OF BUCKET TEETH
* Made of high-quality alloy steel
* Heat-treated for strength and wear resistance
* Chisel-shaped tip for penetration
* Strong pin for secure attachment
* Compatible with excavator buckets up to 3 tonnes
INSTALLATION PARTS
The Mounting Parts Of The Bucket Teeth Are Used To Fix The Teeth On The Excavator Bucket.
Common Installation Methods Include Welding, Bolts, And Clamping Devices To Ensure That The Tooth Body Is Firmly Connected To The Bucket And Will Not Fall Off Or Loosen Easily
CAST TEETH
Teeth are manufactured using an investment casting process, where molten metal is poured into a mold to form the desired shape. These teeth are typically made from alloy steel or cast iron, which offers excellent wear resistance.
Cast teeth tend to be more affordable and are often used for general excavation duties where extreme pressure and shock are not a major concern. However, this does not mean they are more brittle than forged teeth.
TOOTH SIZE AND DIGGING FORCE
Bucket tooth size needs to match the machine and bucket they are designed for. Generally, the larger the machine, the larger the bucket tooth system needed to meet digging force - a measurement of the force passing through the bucket.
However, bigger bucket teeth are not always best. If a bucket tooth is too big for the bucket, it will have difficulty penetrating and increase friction, resulting in poor digging, reduced productivity and increased digging force.
