EXCAVATOR BUCKET PIN
The excavator bucket pin is a component of the excavator bucket assembly. It plays the role of connecting the bucket and the excavator arm during the working process of the excavator, connecting the bucket to the excavator's power system to complete the excavation and loading operations.
Excavator bucket pins are usually made of high-strength alloy steel materials, which have good wear resistance and deformation resistance and can withstand the high-strength impact and load-bearing capacity of the bucket during operation.
Pin sleeve:
It is a thin metal tube that is sleeved on the pin shaft, used to reduce the friction between the pin shaft and the bucket, making the installation and removal of the pin shaft more convenient;
Pin body:
It is the main part, usually made of high-strength alloy steel material, with sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the working impact of the bucket;
* All excavator or backhoe buckets need some sort of bucket pin shims to keep the operation tight and avoid that dreaded chattering noise.
* If your bucket or linkage is wiggling around while working, it will reduce the efficiency of your machine and cause a lot of unnecessary wear on all the internal surfaces and bushings.
* Our shims cover pin diameters from 35mm to 110mm. Each shim comes in multiple thicknesses so you can stack them to get the right tight fit.

Q1. How do you ensure the parts you send are high quality?
Once we receive the raw material we will do the chemical composition testing and in production, our QC will do the random inspection of every lot of the dimensions, appearance, mechanical properties hardness, impact value, etc. To make sure every part is qualified.
Q2. What is the payment term?
Usually 50% deposit and the balance before the shipment or against the BL copy. TT, lc is welcome.
Q3. If we want to do our logo, is that acceptable?
Yes, OEM & ODM are welcome.
Q4. What's the lead time?
For the normal order, it usually takes 15-30 days after receiving the deposit as agreed.
